Time in Motion — Capturing Timex at India Beach Fashion Week 2023

Timex, a global watchmaking giant established in 1854, is renowned for combining timeless craftsmanship with cutting-edge innovation. In India, Timex has established a strong presence through a network of over 5000 retail outlets and 35 exclusive franchised stores. Their portfolio includes limited-edition collections and globally acclaimed watch lines, making them a household name in the Indian luxury and lifestyle segment.

Project Overview:

As a Media Production Partner and Core Organising Partner at India Beach Fashion Week 2023, Goa Design Project, in collaboration with Fluxatic™ Global, Drool Monkey Goa, and Pink & Gold Goa, was entrusted with executing all media deliverables for Timex. The aim was to create fast-paced, high-quality content that captured the essence of the brand in sync with the glamour and energy of IBFW — spotlighting Timex’s latest watch collection alongside some of India’s most notable fashion influencers.

Scope of Work

    • Talent Management: Coordinated over 12 high-profile influencers for scheduled brand shoots
    • Storyboarding: Planned fashion-focused storytelling for each featured product and influencer
    • Video Production: On-site shooting with professional gear and styling
    • Editing & Post-Production: Fast-track editing for real-time social deployment

    • 40 high-quality videos shot and delivered within a tight 24-hour window
    • Covered 50+ Timex products in fashion-led formats across reels and motion shorts
    • Managed and styled 12+ top-tier influencers, aligning content tone with Timex’s brand identity

    • Integrated real-time content drops during the event, enhancing live audience engagement
