Designing Luxury — Monthly Newsletter Excellence for Park Hyatt Hyderabad
Gayathri Hi-Tech Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is the proud owner and operator of Park Hyatt Hyderabad, an iconic luxury hotel nestled in the upscale Banjara Hills area. Since opening its doors in 2005, Park Hyatt Hyderabad has become a hallmark of refined hospitality, offering 185 rooms, 24 suites, and 42 serviced apartments. The property is also known for its world-class dining, spa, fitness center, and curated contemporary art. As the first urban Park Hyatt in India and the official hospitality partner of IPL team Sunrisers Hyderabad, the hotel represents timeless elegance and international luxury.
Project Overview:
In June 2022, Park Hyatt Hyderabad partnered with us to design and produce a monthly internal and guest-facing newsletter that matched the global sophistication of the Hyatt brand. The newsletters served as an essential communication tool — spotlighting hotel events, featured services, F&B promotions, and curated cultural content for guests and staff. Our role was to ensure every edition was executed with creativity, consistency, and absolute brand alignment.
Scope of Work
- Visual Identity Design: Crafted a clean, elegant layout system in harmony with Park Hyatt’s global branding
- Print & Digital Design: Developed formats for both print distribution and digital screen displays across the hotel
- Content Layout: Designed modular, highly readable content pages with attention to typography, hierarchy, and image treatment
- Brand Compliance: Maintained Hyatt’s strict visual guidelines while allowing space for local cultural cues and seasonal themes
