1. Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email to business@fluxatic.com. Approved cancellations may be subject to deductions for work completed or administrative fees.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Partial refunds for projects already underway, based on work completed.

• No refunds for completed services or deliverables.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
